Description
Pimento peppers are considered by many to be the best tasting of the sweet peppers. Pimento is a small red pepper, about the size and shape of a short jalapeno. Almost no heat at all, very mild at 100-500 Scoville units. Great for frying or grilling. Sold by the pound.
