Shepherd’s Valley is best known for its beautiful gardens and fresh produce. Our farm raises over 70 types of organically grown fruits, vegetables, and culinary herbs during the growing season . Non-shareholders may purchase surplus produce in season when available. The following items are usually available in season in surplus quantities:

- Cabbage – green, red, and Napa
- Corn (sweet corn – several varieties)
- Cucumbers (slicers, pickling, Armenian, Japanese)

- Mints (peppermint, spearmint, apple mint, others)
- Mushrooms
- Pac Choi
- Peppers (50+ varieties, including banana, bell, cayenne, chili, habanero, jalapeno, sweet, etc.)
- Potatoes (red & gold))
- Radishes
- Rhubarb
- Spinach
- Summer Squash (yellow crookneck, patty pan, spaghetti, zucchini, Cousa)
- Sweet Potatoes
- Swiss Chard (rainbow chard)
- Tomatoes (heirloom slicers & cherry tomatoes)
