Broad-breasted Bronze turkeys are larger birds than the Bourbon Red breed, with proportionally more white meat. The coloration of the bird is very close to that of a wild turkey. The cost is $5.50/lb. for the actual dressed (packaged) weight. Dressed weights will average 14-16 lbs. for hens and about 18-24 lbs. for toms. Birds are packaged whole and frozen with the giblets separately packaged and inside the bird. You may reserve your Broad-breasted Bronze turkey now for the Thanksgiving season by paying $40.00. The remainder will be due at pickup. We will notify you when your bird is ready.
