Comb Honey is pure, raw honey in the honeycomb with the wax cappings, exactly as it comes from the hive. Slice it like butter and use it the same way you would use liquid honey. It is occasionally available in late summer or fall in very limited quantities. Available in cut squares weighing approximately 10-12 oz. each.
